To enhance your mornings and evenings for daily success, establish a consistent routine, set clear goals, incorporate exercise, practice mindfulness, limit distractions, and reflect on your accomplishments before bed.

3.) How can I incorporate daily exercise into my routine?
Incorporate daily exercise by scheduling specific times, starting with short sessions, choosing activities you enjoy, using reminders, commuting actively, and gradually increasing intensity to build a sustainable, enjoyable habit. Hire an expert to help if you don't know where to start, need accountability, have a specific medical issue or want a built-in cheerleader!
4.) What is one new skill I want to learn this year?
Choosing a new skill to learn this year involves reflecting on personal interests, career goals, and areas for improvement. Consider skills that align with your professional aspirations or hobbies that ignite your passion. Research local opportunities to learn this skill! 5.) How can I create a more organized home and/or workspace?
First, and I cannot stress this enough, HIRE A PRO. I am still using the systems in my home for organization established when I moved into my home over a year ago! To continue to create a more organized home or workspace, de-clutter regularly, use storage solutions, establish designated areas for items, implement a cleaning routine, and adopt minimalism to maintain a tidy environment.
6.) What boundaries can I set to protect my personal time?
Set boundaries by establishing specific work hours, communicating availability to others, saying no to non-essential commitments, scheduling personal time, and prioritizing self-care to ensure time for relaxation and to recharge. Have those tough conversations if you need to, to protect your peace.
7.) Who can I reach out to for mentorship or support?
Reach out to experienced colleagues, industry professionals, former teachers or professors, local networking groups, online communities, or friends who have expertise to gain mentorship, guidance, and support for your goals. We all need cheerleaders!
8.) How can I express gratitude more often to improve relationships?
Express gratitude by regularly acknowledging others’ efforts, sending thoughtful notes, verbalizing appreciation, performing small acts of kindness, being specific about what you’re grateful for, and maintaining a positive, appreciative mindset. Remember, your "get to" mentality beats your "have to" mentality every day of the week!
9.) How am I celebrating my successes, big or small?
Celebrate successes by acknowledging achievements, sharing with friends and family, treating yourself to something special, reflecting on progress, maintaining a success journal, and setting new goals to continue the momentum. I made a "Bingoals" sheet this year (Bingo card of goals) & every time I cover a space this year in 2025, I celebrate!
