Each week you will receive:
* challenge goals that will grow week to week
* daily support through email/facebook page

What to expect:
* simple daily challenges that revolve around adding more water, eating more veggies, moving more often, breathing, etc
* track points daily and submit weekly totals once per week
* earn the most points and win a swag bag at the end of the Challenge
* no equipment or extra items needed to succeed
* motivation, support, connection
