No more need for coasting or feeling lost! Jessie is the missing link between your loved one’s healthcare team and home. She will help you understand brain changes and tools to tackle the cognitive decline of your loved one. Jessie will work with you to create an action plan based on  your loved one’s current cognitive stage and what to have on the radar for the future. Jessie believes in equipping families with resources to be proactive within a reactive healthcare community. Whether you are caring for a loved one from near or from afar, Jessie is here to guide the path with knowledge, care tools, and resources to decrease the overwhelm of caregiving.
