Compassion, encouragement and direction!  The goal of Greenleaf Fitness is to empower each client to reach their wellness goals.  Greenleaf Fitness specializes in behavior change coaching, nutrition support, functional movement, stress management and healthy lifestyle sustainability.  Owner, Anna Smith, has many years of experience in the wellness world.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist, Senior Movement Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

  • Helps establish routines and healthy habits that are integrated into your lifestyle without food restrictions, eliminations, or guilt.
  • Specializes in women’s health and how to best optimize nutrition and exercise to ensure each client’s needs are met safely and effectively.
  • Uses a holistic approach with each client to best customize exercise programs that are safe, effective and results driven.
