At Resolution Mediation we offer a proven process to educate couples on all the factors they need to consider in divorce and create well-founded, collaborative agreements. Agreements that meet their unique needs and priorities. Instead of pitting spouses against each other, we give them the ability to make informed decisions about what matters most.
We then put their decisions into a legal agreement and file it with the court. Their agreement is enforceable by the court, but they never have to go to court. Everything is completed in the privacy of our office. Our process protects their family, preserves their money, and provides a clear path for their futures. We offer Divorce without Destruction.Â
